What do employers think about a master’s degree learned online?

Presently I work for a profession college. I am in a position to obtain complete tution reinbursement for my masters degree if I attend a sister school of hte college I presently work. The opportunity is great, however, I would take purely all on-line courses. Does anybody know how other employers would view on-line courses? Has anybody taken an entire masters degree on-line?

1. your diploma says " On-line MASTER DEREE" with your school name? or just the same like a normal MASTER D?
