An online undergraduate degree to Graduate Brick and mortar school?

I started out going to a brick and mortar school then transferred to an online school that is also brick and mortar, with Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) accreditation. I am going to be achieving a BS in Accounting at this school subsequent year, but want to go to a Brick and Mortar Grad School. Is this unheard of or is it a small tougher to get into conventional school merely simply because of the online degree.

Is an online degree for graduate school treated with respect from employers?
i am puzzling over of going again to get a Masters level and if I could do my classes more than the web it would be much more convienent, however i'm not positive if those levels are really worth anything else.
